I can’t praise this product and the service provided by Tiffany Jayne enough.

Quality of product
I can confirm, having received my three stools with minimal turnaround, that the quality is to the highest standard. The finish on the seat is exquisite, with the highest standard of materials used and stunning edging to finish them off. If you look closely at the picture you will see this. The wood is beautifully finished with enough of the character left to allow you to get that hand built from Apple crates feeling.

Quality of service
Outstanding is all I can say. In seeing the stools I had a few questions that I needed answered and some specific needs to make sure they were going to meet my needs. Such as, I wasn’t sure if I wanted wheels on the bottom or what my choices were around the material for the seat. A Saturday phone call to Tiffany and not only were all my questions answered, we discussed the specific needs, with Tiffany taking up her measuring tape to make sure my exact needs were met.
On receiving the sample fabric, the high quality was evident. On receipt of my order Tiffany made up the first stool before sending me the pictures to ensure I was happy with it. All in, from ordering on the Tuesday, the stools were with us the following Monday. As I say outstanding service.
