If you wish to return your Tiffany Jayne products for any reason, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving it. Items will only be refunded if they are returned in an undamaged, unused state. Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. Post and packaging costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
If you have purchased fabric and simply want to return this because you no longer want it, then due to this item being cut specifically to your requirement we are unable to refund cut lengths of fabric. It is very important that on receipt of your fabric you check it over thoroughly. If you believe there to be a fault then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt.

We use Hermes for our smaller products, and DPD for our larger items. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email/text from our couriers informing you of the delivery day, and time slot.
